Cancellation Policy / Animal WelfareWhen a Client(s) books with Valley Horse Transport, the Client(s) will be taken to accept Valley Enterprises’ standard terms and conditions.
Valley Enterprises’ Cancellation Policy includes a 10% charge to the client of the original total cost of the equine transport supplied by Valley Enterprises.
For the duty of care to protect the welfare of any animal that our activities impact upon, Valley Enterprises are legally permitted to cancel and/or terminate any booking upon the arrival for pickup if Valley Enterprises deem the horse unhealthy for transport.A horse may be considered unfit for equine transport if the animal:– Appears in an unpleasant state, such as pain, fear, and distress.– Appears dehydrated.– Appears unable to express innate behaviour.– Appears under nourished.– Shows dangerous behaviour.– Appears unmaintained (lack of cleanliness, lack of hoof maintenance).
Valley Enterprises are legally permitted to cancel any booking they have already accepted.
When a Client(s) books with Valley Horse Transport, the Client(s) must ensure that the following requirements have been met prior to the pickup of the Client(s) horse. These requirements include:– Adequate and appropriate feed.– Adequate hydration (electrolytes).– Treatment of illness or injury.– Adequate cleanliness achieved.– Ensure the horse is tied ready for the Transporter, any delay will be charged to the Client(s).
Liability Valley Enterprises shall not be liable and/or responsible to any person for any loss or damage of property, which may arise from the use of any of the services supplied by Valley Enterprises.
Return/Refund PolicyIf a Client(s) is not fully satisfied with their purchase, the Client(s) can return the product and get a full refund, or exchange the product for another, be it similar or not.
The Client(s) can return the product for up to 30 days from the date it was purchased.
Any product a Client returns must be in the same condition as it was when received and be in the original packaging.
All Client(s) must keep the receipt for proof of purchase.
Business ObligationsValley Enterprises provide services of equine transport, landscape supplies, rural and fencing supplies, and equine, pet and stock feeds and supplements.
Valley Enterprises shall not be liable and/or responsible to any person for any loss or damage of property, which may arise from the use of any of the services supplied by Valley Enterprises.
Valley Enterprises provide limitations to the services of equine transport through the Cancellation Policy, including a 10% charge to the client of the original total cost of the equine transport.
Heavy machinery and equipment are commonly in use at Valley Enterprises. Appropriate safety measures are always applied whilst heavy machinery and equipment is in use. Whilst at Valley Enterprises, Client(s) must be aware of the presence of heavy machinery and equipment. To minimise the risk of heavy equipment-related injuries, we ask all Clients to:– Avoid positioning themselves in a blind spot.– Avoid walking and driving under and/or around a suspended or operating load.– Ensure the operator sees you before approaching any vehicle.– Ensure children are under parental supervision at all times.
PaymentFor the services of Valley Horse Transport, all fees must be paid in full prior to the pickup of the Client’s horse.
Payment for the services of Valley Enterprises/Valley Horse Transport can be processed via cash, card, or bank transfer.If the Client(s) fail to pay all fees prior to the pickup of the Client(s) horse, all services associated with Valley Horse Transport will be terminated.
By paying for the services of Valley Enterprises, all clients will be taken to accept Valley Enterprises’ standard terms and conditions.
